Return & Refund Policy

At The Futbolista Closet™, we strive to ensure our customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience. Below, you’ll find all the details regarding our return and refund policies.

14-Day Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Note: Customizable products, such as shoes, cannot be returned. However, store owners may offer a special deal to ensure customer satisfaction.

To be eligible for a return: Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: We strongly recommend handwashing clothing items. We cannot assume responsibility for damage resulting from improper use of washing machines.

To start a return, contact us at thefutbolistacloset@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label.
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find the item to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify: Items must be in the same condition as when you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Refunds are available only within 14 days of receiving the product and require the return of the original packaging.

Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Refund Policy – Post-Payment Cancellations

We understand that sometimes customers may change their minds after placing and paying for an order. If you wish to cancel your order and request a refund after payment has been completed, please note the following terms:

  • You may request a refund within 24 hours of payment, as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
  • All approved refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee covers transaction fees, administrative handling, and restocking.
  • Cancellations After Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled once they have left our factory. If your order has already been dispatched and you still wish to cancel, you must wait to receive the package and then initiate a return to receive a refund (subject to our standard return policy).
  • Customized or personalized items (with name, number, or patches) cannot be refunded once paid, as they are made to order.

Important Notice: Shipping Delays

Please note that during times of war or severe conflict, as well as in the period immediately following, there may be unexpected shipping delays. These delays can occur due to accumulated backlogs and the gradual return of airlines to their regular flight frequencies. Rest assured, our website team is working around the clock to ensure that our customers receive their packages as quickly as possible.
