14-Day Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Policy on Printed & Custom Items: Items purchased without a name and number, as well as items printed with an official player's name and number, are fully eligible for returns and exchanges. However, any item customized with a personal or unique name (a name that does not belong to a relevant official player), or any item printed with a name only or a number only, is strictly final sale. Because these personalized items are made specifically for you, they are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.

Size Selection: We strongly advise you to double-check your measurements before placing an order. Choosing the correct size is the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept returns or offer exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size if the item features a personalized/unique name.

To be eligible for a return: Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: We strongly recommend handwashing clothing items. We cannot assume responsibility for damage resulting from improper use of washing machines.

• A return shipping label.
• Instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find the item to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. Please remember that items with a personal/unique name print are not eligible for exchange, even in the case of incorrect size selection.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify: Items must be in the same condition as when you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Strict Refund Policy for Dispatched Orders: Please note that for any item that has been shipped, a refund will be issued strictly and solely after the customer has physically returned the product to us and it has been inspected. Under no circumstances will a refund be granted for a dispatched order without the physical return of the item first.

Refunds are available only within 14 days of receiving the product and require the return of the original packaging.

Processing Fee: Please note that all approved refunds, whether for a pre-dispatch cancellation or a returned item after it has been dispatched, are subject to a 10% processing fee. This fee covers transaction costs, administrative handling, and restocking, and will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund (minus the 10% processing fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Refund Policy – Post-Payment Cancellations

We understand that sometimes customers may change their minds after placing and paying for an order. If you wish to cancel your order and request a refund after payment has been completed, please note the following terms:

• You may request a refund within 24 hours of payment, as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
• As stated above, all approved refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
• Cancellations After Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled once they have left our factory. If your order has already been dispatched and you still wish to cancel, you must wait to receive the package and then initiate a return to receive a refund (subject to our strict return policy and the 10% processing fee).
• Items with unique/personal names: Orders featuring a custom name that is not an official player cannot be refunded, returned, or canceled once paid, as production begins immediately. (Cancellations for blank items or official player items are permitted subject to the 24-hour window).

Important Notice: Shipping Delays

Please note that during times of war or severe conflict, as well as in the period immediately following, there may be unexpected shipping delays. These delays can occur due to accumulated backlogs and the gradual return of airlines to their regular flight frequencies. Rest assured, our website team is working around the clock to ensure that our customers receive their packages as quickly as possible.
